Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied by the use of Internet communication protocols.
This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
- obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- Check the proper functioning of the services offered.
The navigation data does not persist for more than seven days (except for any need to establish crimes by the judicial authority).
The condition of lawfulness for the processing of said data is the need to pursue the legitimate interest (control of the correct functioning of the site, web analysis, verification of the number of visitors to the site) of INCOM srl, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. f) of reg. ( E.U.);

- the response by e-mail to specific questions addressed by you to the data controller, following your completion of the form ‘Contact’: the condition of lawfulness is the consent to the processing of personal data provided by the Data Subject for this specific purpose, pursuant to Art. 6, p. 1, l. b) of the GDPR;
- the management of the INCOM srl website, including its regular and extraordinary maintenance: the condition of liceity is the need to pursue the legitimate interest (control of the correct functioning of the website, web analysis) of the data controller, pursuant to art. 6, p. 1, l. f) of the GDPR.
RECIPIENTS OF DATA
Regarding the processing of your personal data carried out by INCOM srl for the purposes listed above, the recipients of your personal data may be:
- employees, collaborators and/or partners of INCOM srl, as authorised to the processing of personal data, in order to manage your requests received by the data controller. These subjects are instructed about the processing of your personal data, pursuant to art. 29 of reg. (U.E.);
- Entities external to our organisational structure, such as – for example – website technicians, acting as data processors for the purpose of managing the website, Including the operation and maintenance of the same.
STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
INCOM srl will keep your personal data processed by the same for the purpose of responding to your request via e-mail in a form that allows you to be identified for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in the document and, in any case, until the request for deletion by the same.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
You, as the Data Subject, have the right to obtain from INCOM srl, in the cases provided for, access to your personal data and the rectification or deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning them or to oppose the processing (art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The interested party may exercise his rights by addressing a specific request to INCOM srl at info@incomsrl.com.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
You, as the Data Subject, can exercise the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor in case of a dispute regarding the compliance of the processing of your personal data with reg. (U.E.) carried out by the controller, pursuant to art. 77 of the same reg. (U.E.), by forwarding the appropriate form to the e-mail address ‘protocollo@pec.gpdp.it’.
