Incom sheet metal cutting processing is performed on 2000 x 4000 laser machines.
The maximum precision of decimal tolerance is up to 30 mm of thickness for stainless steel and aluminum, and 25 for steel with any type of 2D cutting and engraving.
The Incom sheet metal cutting machine is a 8Kw fiber of the latest generation equipped with:
• An integrated CNC rotation axis for tube processing.
• A simplified punching mechanism; the CrossJet.
• An interchangeable table.
• A resonator protected against reflections.
The system has a modular concept that allows multiple application possibilities, such as the creation of the most recent cutting technologies (Lead In, Controlled Pulsed Piercing CCP or Scanning) and allows the pieces and cutting plans to be programmed. All powered by an automatic vertical storage system with an industry 4.0 perspective.
